Faze de lucru:
1 - facem o maia din drojdie, o lingura de miere, o ceasca de faina si 2 cesti de apa - ideea e sa fie ca smantana groasa. Lasam maiaua sa cresca, la loc cald, 15 minute.
2 - facem aluatul din maia, 1ou, sare, faina si apa.

Mixam foarte bine, adaugand apa treptat, pana iese un aluat ferm.
3 - prima crestere a aluatului - lasam ligheanul langa un loc cald (pe aragaz), acoperit, timp de 30 de minute (aproximativ).

4 - Punem alautul pe masa de framantat, presarata cu faina si incepem sa il framantam, adaugand uleiul. Framantam rulandu-l si apasandu-l, asa este mai a usor.
Daca aluatul se lipeste, incepem sa il trantim usor de masa, pe toate partile; oricum e bine sa facem si aceasta operatiune, pentru ca aluatul devine mai pufos si nu mai trebuie framantat prea mult.
5 - punem aluatul din nou la crescut, timp de 40 de minute, linga ochiul aragazului.

- nu se cere mare dexteritate; de obicei, painea iese ceva mai lunga decat tava, si atunci o presam usor cu mainile, de la capete spre centru, pana de vine cat tava; tot in acest fel corectam distributia aluatului, daca cumva am facut o paine mai subtire intr-o parte;
-7 - punem painea in tava si o mai lasam sa creasca 15 minute; eu am modelat 2 trandafiri, dar la copt ......au luat-o razna.

Dupa ce a crescut painea, o ungem cu celalalt ou, presaram mac si o dam la copt in cuptorul infierbantat dinainte; se coace la un foc mediu.
Painea mea a crescut atat de mult incat a ajuns la tavanul cuptorului si nu puteam s-o scot. De fapt, trebuia s-o pun intr-o tava mai mare, cum sunt acelea pentru cozonaci mari.
Cand am repetat reteta, recent, am facut din aceeasi cantitate 2 paini potrivite.
