"Se freaca 2 oua intregi cu trei galbenusuri si 120 g zahar, 100 g migdale, albusul batut dela 3 oua si o lingura de pesmet fin. Se coace aluatul in forme de tartelete unse si se umple cu fructe de sezon." (Almanah 1939)
